Private Arbitration

ALPE organised the international seminar "Private Arbitration - an Alternative way of Dispute Resolution." The seminar was attended by the members of the business community, lawyers and the representatives from international organisations. ALPE's initiative was to promote the practice of private arbitration in Georgia and facilitate its development. ALPE in co-operation with foreign experts has published a guidebook on Georgian and international arbitration (in the Georgian and English languages) that was mainly distributed among business organisations.
