Commentary to the Court Practice of the Criminal Law

ALPE in co-operation with EC Delegation in Georgia has published a book "Commentary to the Court Practice of the Criminal Law" prepared by the Institute of Law of the Academy of Sciences of Georgia. The book provides assistance to experts in their everyday activities and aims to improve court practice in general. This is a scientific work and it can be used for teaching purposes. It is worth noting that this kind of work has been published for the first time in Georgia.
